Fortune Food

This local tau kwa (or firm tofu) is 25% higher in calcium than regular ones. I use this for my dumpling fillings. Simply squeeze out excess water on a kitchen towel, mash it, add nutritional yeast, soyfloss, diced carrots, chopped coriander and seasoning. Drizzle sesame oil on cooked dumplings before serve.

choyyuen I actually have 4 certificates, one of them is chinese dim sum. I share my easy way to make dumplings - just fold into half & seal the edges! I don't waste time to do the pleats. So everyone can make dumplings. Btw, I really like the fresh market tofu too, but can't keep for long. So I try to make supermarket tofu tastes good. Reply
