Avocado and Tofu Sushi at Elemen @ HarbourFront — Rihyang's Review (Feb 16, 2020)

It's the usual avocado sushi roll - except for the something crispy and fried inside. Not sure what it was but it gives you interesting texture and I liked it. The sauce for both sushi roll and tofu was a bit too sweet tho.
