*Update: Vegan Now is no longer in French Market, however, you can find their food at Soul Veg City (formerly known as Original Soul Veg, their parent co.). A layer of baked cheeze sits above a layer of creamy cheeze beneath it. Sautéed onion, tomato and layers & layers of eggplant are what’s inside. Yum. This is a must have dish. #mercyforamimals
