Seattle Coffee Co not only whips up a mean double-shot macadamia milk latte ☕️ but their range of vegan deli goodies also hit the spot! Recently Talya Goldberg introduced me to their Mediterranean Veg & Mozzarella Sandwich (R58) with hummus, sundried tomato pesto, mayo, tomato preserve, kalamata olives, baby spinach and Le CoQuin vegan mozzarella 🥪🌱 It is super tasty - especially if you place it on a sandwich press until the melted cheese oozes out from the sides 🧀 .
