Recently Talya Goldberg introduced me to their Mediterranean Veg & Mozzarella Sandwich (R58) with hummus, sundried tomato pesto, mayo, tomato preserve, kalamata olives, baby spinach and Le CoQuin vegan mozzarella 🥪🌱 It is super tasty - especially if you place it on a sandwich press until the melted cheese oozes out from the sides 🧀 .
