Buffalo wings at Sala Kuala Lumpur Vegan Restaurant — Kai's Review (Feb 9, 2020)

This was one of the special dishes of the day, so I gave it a go. Was disappointed when I saw the portion size given that the dish was on the expensive side. The wings were made with hericium mushroom, coated with buffalo sauce, served with vege sticks and ranch dressing. The whole dish wasn’t exciting to me - found the wings lacking flavour, and the ranch dressing was on the watery side. It could be due to this being a new dish so I hope they make some improvement 😌
