For the ultimate in comfort food, try this amazing burger that has a smoked seitan patty on a pub bun with cheese, macnocheese, pickles, and BBQ sauce, plus avocado, served with hush puppies and remoulade sauce. This will convince anyone that vegan does not mean deprivation!
