Review of Shitake Almond Meatballs at Veganerie by kaylabear
These are baked mushroom-almond balls in marinara sauce and topped with cashew Parmesan. I really loved both the texture (“meaty” with some crunchy almond bits) and taste (the sauces pair really nicely together). It’s slightly too much for one person to eat as an appetiser, so I’d definitely order this to share next time.
