Shitake Almond Meatballs

Absolutely outstanding. I can't believe these meatballs are made of mushrooms and almonds. The sauce and the cheese really add to the dish and help it not be dry. I do wish there was a bit more sauce. Overall excellent.

Love this dish! The slight crunchiness of the meatballs in tangy tomato sauce... I can eat this all day long!

These are baked mushroom-almond balls in marinara sauce and topped with cashew Parmesan. I really loved both the texture (“meaty” with some crunchy almond bits) and taste (the sauces pair really nicely together). It’s slightly too much for one person to eat as an appetiser, so I’d definitely order this to share next time.

Tasty dish could have a bit more bite but good sauce and yummy meatballs. Great concept
