Review of Mushroom Satay at The Buddha Bowl 泰幸福 by yashermin

I have never tried mushroom satay before this so I didn’t know what to expect. The sticks arrived glistening and each piece was full of flavour. The mushroom pieces were fried and thus, crisp. Each piece was full of flavour. It was complimented with a cucumber slices and a peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was creamy and contained a generous amount of peanuts. I liked that it wasn’t oily. It would have been perfect if there were onion slices and some rice cakes. Overall, simply delicious!
