Review of Mushroom Satay at The Buddha Bowl 泰幸福 by alyrauff

I’ve never had vegan satay made of monkeyhead mushrooms! It is my fave mushroom so this was automatically higher in my ratings.
Seems like it’s fried, great texture. I can imagine snacking on this alone.
The peanut sauce tasted quite legit! Really enjoyed it, could have more sticks and some onion though.
