Shimbashi Soba (Paragon)

Day 5 of #veganuary and it was a little harder today because I was having dinner with my omni friend who has some nut allergies. Japanese food was the safest bet although it is slightly pricey place. Easily my favourite dish here, lots of tofu and mushroom paired with great flavours in the broth!
