Day 5 of #veganuary and it was a little harder today because I was having

dinner with my omni friend who has some nut allergies. Japanese food was the safest bet although it is slightly pricey place. Easily my favourite dish here, lots of tofu and mushroom paired with great flavours in the broth!

This was a huge portion with plenty of soba noodles!

The soup was delicious and warm which is perfectly coupled with air conditioning lol. Come here hungry to eat!

don’t know if Shimbashi is sponsoring the excessive air conditioning at Paragon..?

because every time i’m there for more than 10minutes i’m so cold i crave a hot bowl of soba noodles! love the freshly made soba with mushrooms and tofu. light and filling at the same time

pretty much the same as the mushroom soba but with additional fried tofu and tofu

skin. very tasty and i liked the various textures.
