Delicious Italian seasoning with amazing meaty texture. Held up well in my Vegan Bolognese recipe pictured here. NexVeg is one of my favorite companies. They have a delivery service where they ship you a frozen variety pack at the beginning of each month. They use whole vegetables with their nutrition and fiber in tact. They are working on more sustainable methods of delivery, they currently use a plant based styrofoam that is biodegradable. I’m obsessed.
