The lovely ladies of Three Girl Vegsn have done an amazing job of veganizing many Italian dishes using their homemade vegan cheezes(which you can also purchase separately) This delicious lasagna is just scrumptious (and even was devoured by my non-vegan daughter) . This comes in a large tray and easily serves 6-8 people. 😋
