According to Wikipedia shacha is a Chinese condiment made from soybean oil, garlic, shallots, chilli, fish and shrimp. This was some serious broth, so full of flavour and such a great variety of ingredients: lion’s mane mushroom, tomatoes, spinach, button mushrooms, portobello mushrooms and mushroom stalks which tasted very interesting, sorta like fried onion. I requested for chilli powder but the broth isn’t spicy at all
