Review of Crispy Eggplant with Mushroom Soy Floss at EMPRESS by lou

The mushroom soy floss was really interesting and I've never had anything like that! There were also some pieces of deep fried oyster mushroom but they were so dry they kind of tasted like they were freeze dried so I much preferred the eggplant.
