Review of Crispy Eggplant with Mushroom Soy Floss at EMPRESS by waisum

The floss mixed with curry leaves kinda reminded me of cereal prawn! Eggplant was fried to a perfect crisp on the outside but still remained soft and not mushy inside. Just how I like it!
