Channa Bhatura at Pongal — Vikas Garg's Review (Dec 13, 2019)

I was way too excited and forgot to take a photo but have to say that this is one of my favorite dishes of all time anywhere in the world. Even my mom who’s a gourmet chef makes this classic dish and as much as it hurts saying this, Pongal does it better.

Perfectly seasoned chickpea stew served with the fluffiest fried pillow of dough. I’ve died and gone to heaven 👼
