One of the better cheeses out there! I still prefer the Violife, but this is second best and is available at Walmart which is nice. It melted well and I like that it’s soy free, but it’s very powdery which can get messy. It’s not seasoned like regular Mexican cheese blends so to me it tastes more like cheddar. Price: $4 at Walmart.
