I totally messed this up 🤦♀️ I had this over a year ago & I never wanted to see it again. So badly that I flew from one island and relocated to another, only to see it on a supermarket shelf again. Now I’m reading that’s “Mexican style” and.. 🤦 NO WONDER I HATED IT IN PASTA 🤮 It just didn’t melt!! It was like #cheddar but in the same way those cheese ball snacks are like cheddar 😐 Not for me, but I can imagine putting this in a burrito or something similar. With so many other #vegancheese options out there, it’s tough not to be picky 😉

While it’s not similar to cows milk cheese I think this is my favorite cheese to use. I use it for pizza and nachos and it works pretty well.
This shredded cheese was great. I put it on salads and sandwiches for a pretty authentic cheese taste. Nice consistency and flavor!
