What was once limited to the likes of chomp chomp and many more smoky hawker offerings, have come to be available to us Vegans. This plate of mouthwatering ‘Orh Luak’ is simply amazing - we chose the vegan option, without the egg, which makes it even more challenging to replicate, or reinstate amongst those familiar with the taste. But sauté did it. They nailed it. Defo worth a try. Only qualms we had was the presentation - the sprinkled quinoa looked scary at first sight.
