Shoyu Shiitake at The Ramen Shop — Kai's Review (Dec 5, 2019)

This bowl had homemade egg-free ramen noodles in vegetable broth, served with bean sprouts, nori, pickled Shiitake, pickled cucumber, spring onions, and fried shallots. Loved each and every component in this bowl. Especially surprised to taste pickled Shiitake, which was quite interesting, really tasty.
