Review of Crispy Beancurd 'Peking Duck' at EMPRESS by sylchew
Love the addition of the fried beancurd skin, on top of the battered mock meat, as it adds another layer of cruchiness to the dish. I am guessing it was supposed to mimick the crispy duck skin and i think it did deliver that pretty well :) Always a fan of the plum sauce too and it was pretty fun to role up the crepe yourself hehe👍🏻👌🏻
