Review of Spicy Udon at ALTHEA by eatwithzara
My dish was tasty, but I didn't like the noodles they chose for this Asian dish. It honestly seemed like they used fettuccine noodles for Japanese Udon. It's not really Udon because there are no Udon noodles.
Aside from the noodle issue, the dish was delicious. It offered a welcome kick but was not too spicy. I liked the substance of the plate (tempeh, bok choy, cashews, mushrooms) and the consistency and flavor of the broth.
