Nice! I can imagine that the grain must be on par with din Tai fung’s fried rice 🤤

Not oily at all for fried rice which is good. While it's fragrant, more veggies please! Also love the grade of grain that they used - I'm really specific when it's comes to that because a lot of fried rice dishes use really cheap grains!
