Review of Vegan Orh Luak (Complete Protein Quinoa) at Flavours by Saute by ayavegan

This is vegan “fried oyster”, in which oyster is replaced by mushroom and egg is replaced by bean curd, topped with large brown quinoas. The chewy texture was just the same with real fried oysters! Furthermore it’s much less oily than the real ones in hawker centers. The saltiness was good, not so salty. The chili sauce was good for the accent.
