Review of Vegan Okonomiyaki at OKO - Fun Okonomiyaki Bar (遊べるお好み焼き屋 ＯＫＯ) by ysquared

Super tasty, chewy and full of umami. Its not a full vegan place, however they do provide a vegan version of their Okonomiyaki where you can choose 5 toppings out of the ingredients they offered. The pancake batter is gluten free too as its made out of okara instead of the usual flour. Owner understand what vegan is and the place has a very nice quirky vibe.
