Salad Vinaigrette at Saute-San — ianfx8888's Review (Oct 2, 2019)

Just had dinner last evening.. ok. I gave 4 of 5 for originality because salads are universally known. Otherwise, there is great value in taste and presentation balance. I asked for more cherry tomatoes and no corn in this serving. The portion sizing is excellent. Why? Because most salads usually have broad sized leafs and the guest will have to find ways to stuff it in, no doubt the taste may be good, but inconvenient to eat. I find it easy and enjoyable to manage, even with a single fork. Less is definitely more and it serves well as both main and appetizer in my opinion, depending on the eater capacity. @herbimetal #vegbuddies
