I always have 2-3 of these in my fridge at all times! Great for tacos, vegan lasagna/bolognese, and rice bowls. It’ll take on whatever flavor you marinate it with. Put it in the food processor/blender for a few pulses or break apart with your fingers to get smaller “ground meat” style chunks. Crisps up really nice for tacos too. Price: $2.99 at Whole Foods.
