the name is very much accurate! BIG breakfast!

The Big Breakfast is a nutrient-packed meal that includes kale and sweet potatoes. It features a tofu scramble with cheez sauce, sautéed kale, rosemary potatoes, and toast. This plant-based and fully vegan breakfast option is a great way to start your day off right. Some reviews mention that the kale is a bit overcooked, but overall the dish is satisfying and filling.

Yum! They do a great job with the “Parmesan” kale and “cheesy” tofu! The toast and sweet potatoes round it out and make it perfect. This is a favorite in our family!
