Review of VCR Signature Curry Katsu Don at Vegan Curry Rice with Mother Earth by clairebee

This was a great dish!
The ‘katsu’ was really nice and crispy, and the overall curry flavour was pretty good. I would have liked to see a few more veggies in the curry mix to freshen it up a bit more though.
