Review of Italian Sausage - Field Roast by sjmeans

The Boca brand meatless Italian sausages were the bomb and I have never been able to find a replacement after they stopped making them. So sad. Field Roast has done a decent job but they just don’t quite have the same consistency and authentic Italian flavor that the Bocas did. It’s a little more “Italian seasoning” than the “sweet spicy Italian sausage” flavor I often crave but it will have to do as it’s the closest I can find. Good addition cut up and added to pizza and pasta sauce. #blackgoat
