i canât even express my huge love for field roast. these have been my go-to
for... 10+ years? i remember a brief but dark time when they were unavailable in canada, my local whole foods was smuggling them in from buffalo and i was paying any price to have them. now you can find them at loblaws or walmart for $6 and life is good and full of light. theyâre good for breakfast, dinner, on a bun, in a pasta, plain, chopped up, any ol way you like it. â€ïž field roast #veganisnotscary

I love most of the field roast products! This time with the Italian sausage I
made a breakfast hash. It was absolutely incredible. It contained, crispy potatoes and onions, peppers, âsausageâ, and topped with green onions and cherry tomatoes. This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. 10/10 recommend.

The Boca brand meatless Italian sausages were the bomb and I have never been able
to find a replacement after they stopped making them. So sad. Field Roast has done a decent job but they just donât quite have the same consistency and authentic Italian flavor that the Bocas did. Itâs a little more âItalian seasoningâ than the âsweet spicy Italian sausageâ flavor I often crave but it will have to do as itâs the closest I can find. Good addition cut up and added to pizza and pasta sauce. #blackgoat

Love this sausage. Great in any pasta or rice dish. I cut it into diced
pieces and sauté in olive oil then use it in a dish #Aloha
