Review of Orh Luak (vegan) at Saute-San by simhazel

My mom really loved this. Portion is big, great starter for sharing. Still thinking on how to emulate my own recipe with what I've gauged from tasting this. Instead of egg they used beancurd which is probably smashed. Chilli was good and vital to the whole dish. #crf
