This is my favourite vegan cheese for making pizza! It gets pretty soft at room temp, so make sure to grate it when cold from the fridge. I love topping sourdough pizza crust with pineapples, smoked tofu, pizza/pasta sauce, and Gusta cheese to make a delicious Hawaiian style pizza! #blackgoat
