Love this cheese! The flavor is very distinct. It’s not a traditional cheese taste per say, but it’s extremely delicious in its own way. Here I made a grilled cheese and ate it with bacon.

The best gratting block out there, texture is perfect, melt and roast and taste like heaven
Quand même bon Par contre ça ne gratine pas vraiment J'aime quand même son goût sur de la pizza ou des pâtes (mettre les pâtes au four pour faire fondre le fromage) Mais je ne suis pas certain que ça convaincrait un omni
