So much goodness in one bowl. 2 mixed bases (lettuce, brown rice with goji) + 8 toppings (pumpkin, eggplant, french bean, cucumber, tofu, beetroot, broccoli, sweet potato) + 1 dressing (vegan cashew lime) for $11. Awesome!
