Review of Chairman's Bubur Char-Char at EMPRESS by vikas

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board! I told my friend @yuan that owns this place that this has to be the best dessert I’ve had in years! The combination of coconut 🥥 ice cream, mango 🥭 fruit cubes and shaved ice 🍧 was the perfect end to a great meal. Honestly I will be going back just for this.
