Thanks Vikas for your comments on the Italian and the tabouleh salad. Our tabouleh is heavy on the herbs and seeds and light on the grains but big on flavour. We look forward to seeing you again soon. WH 

Saauteed mushrooms, artichokes, thyme, mozzarella & vine tomato on grilled sourdough.

Wild Honey

Veganized this open face sandwich without the mozzarella it normally comes with and got hooked up with both the spicy fries and the tabbouleh salad. The mushrooms 🍄 on the grilled sourdough were delicious and having just one piece of bread was actually perfect for lunch. Best part of this dish was the salad which was loaded with parsley, lemon juice, grapes 🍇 and tons of seeds. I’m going back tonight just to have more of this salad!
