Wish these were a bit more flavorful but gotta give them credit for probably the healthiest fried cauliflower I’ve ever had. These weren’t battered and very lightly seasoned. Think a lime wedge and some sea salt would make these awesome!

If you have some more time in Stockholm: You should try Hermans in Fjällgatan, it offers an all-you-can eat with an amazing view over Stockholm! Also, Shine cafe in Södermalm offers a superb daily buffet, it’s a super tiny but lovely place 😍
