Spot on.
The combination of flavours are made taught fully. The truffle worked very well with the artichoke. Very importantly the bread was nice and crispy, not too hard. Together with the terrine was a great texture combination, creamy and crispy.
As the picture shows the presentation was pleasant. The tomato salsa wasn’t just satisfying for my tastebuds but to see colours on my plate made feel happy too. Not to fancy but absolutely suited to the place profile.
It is cost £8.00 which is what you pay in London in a decent restaurant for a starter. I really like the Idea they create a proper restaurant for Vegans. Not junk foods, only beautiful dishes which you would find in a good restaurant. My non Vegan friend loved everything and she said if she could eat like this everyday she would go Vegan.
