Review of Orh Luak (vegan) at Saute-San by mt

This dish is a vegan spin off of the Chinese Oyster omelette dish, it does not taste like the original omelette dish but it is something unique. The texture is kind of similar to fried egg but they used bits of tofu and if I m not wrong, glutinous powder to bind the ingredients together. Other ingredients like mushrooms, seaweed and sesame seeds also makes this dish smell really fragrant! The chilli sauce falls on the spicy, slightly salty side.

Definitely a well done dish from sauté and I 100% recommend this :)
