Wood Stack offers vegan mozzarella and vegan ricotta as a replacement, so I figured why not get the crostini with vegan ricotta.
The crostini comes as a trio:
- Caponata (Sicilian eggplant dish)

- Green Olive Tapenade
All three are served on top of a crostini with vegan ricotta. All three are mouthwatering, if you come here, you must get this.
