Review of Deep Fried Handmade Tofu with Water Chestnuts & Mushrooms at Din Tai Fung by lou

You can't go wrong with deep fried anything, esp if it's tofu. And dipped in sweet chilli sauce 😂 would be great if it had more chestnuts!
