Creamy truffle & potato sauce at Sorriso Italian Vegetarian & Vegan — Cole Deloye's Review (Apr 17, 2019)

Black truffle cream is phenomenal and the potatos were the perfect texture. The cheese didn't spread out like a dairy cheese would, but it was soft and melty in the cube form you see in the picture. The cheese was very delicious in my opinion.
