Review of Truffle Ham & Tofu Scramble Pita Pockets at Well Dressed Salad Bar by lou

You get 2 of such pita pockets if you select this as your main for the afternoon tea set. Some of my friends didn't like the truffle oil that was sprayed on but to me it didn't really make much of a difference with or without it. The truffle definitely smells stronger than it tastes. The tofu scramble could definitely do with a lot more spices and seasoning as it was a bit on the bland side. Or maybe add more pieces of the soy ham as it is quite savoury and could help to balance out the taste?
