Truffle Ham & Tofu Scramble Pita Pockets

I love this!!!!! It’s one of my fave things to order here. The truffle tofu scramble is friggen amazing. It’s so eggy it kinda freaks me out, but in a good way haha.

I seriously thought I was eating scrambled eggs!!!!

Love this! So healthy and comforting, I love tofu scramble! Loved the truffle sauce but not everyone did. You can ask for no truffle if you don’t want.

Didn't really like this :/ the pita was quite hard and dry and the tofu was pretty tasteless. But the meat was not bad! Overall this definitely looks nice and has a lot of potential to be better!! A softer bread and a more flavourful filling will really cut it 👍

I’m a little confused by this dish as I’m not really sure what it is.. it’s like breakfast/salad.. in a pita pocket..? Maybe there’s some kind of story behind it that I don’t know that led to this creation🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyways, it was the first time I tried scrambled tofu and I think I’m not a big fan, it was a little runny too, not sure if it’s supposed to be like that. The ham was reaaally good, it tasted scary real. The pita was a little too soft, especially since everything it contained was already quite soft, so it was a little hard to eat (no pun intended).
