Review of Truffle Ham & Tofu Scramble Pita Pockets at Well Dressed Salad Bar by judihe

I’m a little confused by this dish as I’m not really sure what it is.. it’s like breakfast/salad.. in a pita pocket..? Maybe there’s some kind of story behind it that I don’t know that led to this creation🤷🏼‍♀️
Anyways, it was the first time I tried scrambled tofu and I think I’m not a big fan, it was a little runny too, not sure if it’s supposed to be like that. The ham was reaaally good, it tasted scary real.
The pita was a little too soft, especially since everything it contained was already quite soft, so it was a little hard to eat (no pun intended).
