VEGAN

Trader Joe's

This pizza dough is amazing. Cheap and easy and you can make a variety of products with it: breakfast rolls, garlic breadsticks, calzones, etc.

Really simple to use and it is just so much tastier than all of the other pre-made doughs I have tried from various stores. Cost is less than $2 and it can make 1 big ass pizza or 2 smaller ones. Saves a lot of money when you eat as much vegan pizza as I do. The first pic is a nacho style pizza I made with it & the second pic is one with a cheese stuffed crust.

PRO TIP: Let it sit out for a little bit before using & use only the amount of flour you need to make it not sticky. If you are making pizza, line your pan with tin foil & spray it with non-stick spray—then lightly dust with cornmeal before placing the dough onto the pan. This will make it LEGIT taste just like a pizza from a pizza place.

vikas I used to love buying the pizza dough from Whole Foods. I haven’t tried TJ’s but going to now! Thanks for the tip 👍Reply
